Brief

Springs Health and Beauty is the North West’s Premier beauty salon.

Owner Andrea Scholes established the salon seven years ago and has built a hugely successful business.

But she felt the business needed assistance with their marketing and promotional activity.

Onside PR were appointed to create Springs marketing strategy.

Tactics

Springs is a successful business with a loyal customer base. The majority of their work is repeat business.

Onside designed a marketing and social media strategy designed to attract new customers – and crucially look to retain those the salon already has.

We designed a website and launched social media sites on Facebook and Twitter.

We coordinate all in-salon promotions and exclusive offers, manage the social media sites and the salon’s VIP club for customers.

Results

Springs have been inundated with responses from the social media sites and the VIP club has been a particular success.

We continue to work with Springs and provide support to owner Andrea Scholes.
