The Chinese Buffet are an exciting emerging brand with national ambitions.
Launched in the North West of England by three businessmen the restaurant chain believe they can become the UK’s first nationally recognised chain of Chinese restaurants.
From modest beginnings in Bolton the trio have invested vast sums of money at a time of recession opening new restaurants.
In two years the chain have expanded to now incorporate four venues with two further restaurants due to open by the end of 2012.
Their plan is to open up to four venues every year for the next five years before franchising the business nationwide – as well as opening up a fast food outlet TCB Express.
The Chinese Buffet want to establish themselves as a brand and build the foundations to expand their remit to a national reach.
They approached Onside PR with the specific task of helping them design and build their brand.
Onside will also oversee all of their promotional and marketing activity, designing marketing and PR strategies for the brand.

The restaurant’s HQ is in Bolton and they have a strong presence in Wigan, St Helens and Wakefield – three towns famous for rugby league.
The Chinese Buffet committed to a number of radio sponsorships activities and newspaper promotions.
We have redesigned their website and launched a successful Facebook and Twitter sites which enables The Chinese Buffet to communicate directly with their customers.
Onside successfully organised the VIP launch of the St Helens venue and have overseen the launch of the hugely successful Facbook site.
