Stockport and Cheshire East Councils will unveil their proposed masterplan for Woodford.
They will host a public consultation next week over two days to showcase their plans for the redevelopment of the site that was formerly owned by BAE Systems.
BAE sold the 500 acre site to Avro Heritage Ltd, a company jointly owned by JCB heir Jo Bamford and Cheshire based businessman Harry Harvey, in December 2011.
Avro Heritage have since formed a joint venture with Harrow Estates, part of the Redrow Group, to regenerate the site.
Stockport and Cheshire East will unveil their proposed master plan for the site on Friday May 25th at Woodford Aerodrome before moving onto the Poynton Civic Hall on Saturday May 26th.
Officials from both councils will be in attendance to discuss the designs with members of the public and see further views with regard to master planning, transport, planning, heritage, design and architecture.
