It reminds patients when it is time to take medication with a simple alarm and a number displayed on the screen indicates which pills to take.
Should the patient fail to respond within a given time and administer their own medicine the smart system alerts members of their support network with a text or email.
The simply alarm allows the support network to contact the patient and remind them to take medication.
YOURMeds believe the system will allow more vulnerable patients to receive treatment at home – whilst removing the need to physically send support workers.
