International Search and Rescue leaders have been given an VIP preview of the WASP in Japan.
Co-founder Matt Keogh was invited to present the benefits of the Warning Alarm for Stability Protection at the INSARAG Team Leaders in Tokyo.
The International Search And Rescue Advisory Group Team leaders consists of more than 157 delegates from 57 countries and organisations.
The organisation is funded by the UN and was established to co-ordinate international rescue teams who react globally to disasters.

“It was a huge honour to be invited to showcase the WASP,” co-founder Matt Keogh explained.
“The WASP has been developed with input from the UK ISAR team who are highly regarded members of INSARAG and they recommended the benefits of the equipment,
“The UK ISAR Team carry the WASP as part of their equipment and there was great feedback from international teams at the IER in Germany earlier this year.
“We were invited to conduct four 25 minute presentations to ensures teams from around the world understand the benefits of the WASP.”
Innovative
The WASP, or Warning Alarm for Stability Protection, is an innovative, durable and highly portable monitoring device designed to detect movement and / or vibration.
It provides emergency service personnel and members of the public with an early warning to potential movement in a variety of scenarios.
The WASP is already being used actively by Fire Brigades around the UK and internationally including Germany, America and Singapore.
