Former Manchester United star Mark Wilson has joined forces with Onside.
The midfielder has teamed up with up with Onside as part of Oxford United’s promotion push.
Willo joined the ‘U’s during the January transfer window and will play a crucial role in their bid to secure success in their League Two campaign.
Wilson started his career at Old Trafford with United. He enjoyed Champions League success as part of their 1999 Treble winning team before moving to Middlesbrough with Steve McLaren for £1.5 million in 2001.
The stylish midfielder, highly regarded by Sir Alex Ferguson, suffered with injuries.
He spent time on loan at Stoke, Swansea, Sheffield Wednesday and Doncaster before finally moving to Doncaster, via a year in America with FC Dallas, in 2005.
Willo played an integral part in Doncaster’s Chm Football League Trophy success in 2007 and became a fans favourite.
However, Wilson was tempted by a move to Oxford in 2012 joining their promotion push on transfer deadline day.
