Rescue workers deployed the WASP after a double-decker bus crashed into a house.
They used the Warning Alarm for Stability Protection to monitor for movement of the house as they set about shoring the supporting walls.
Four people, including the 44-year-old driver, suffered injuries after the National Express Coventry bus collided with the house on Keresley Road, Coventry around 7am.
It is understood the family who live at the property were away when the accident happened.
West Midlands Fire Technical Rescue Team deployed the WASP as they attempted to make the building safe.
They needed to provide effective shoring to make sure the structure of the building was protected to allow workmen to begin repairs.
